Ornithology

You can observed more than 150 different species in the region. Best known are the blue jay and the American robin. The activities, visits and best bird watching sites are available at the Tourist office.

Fishing

There are around fifty lakes in the region of Labelle only besides the rivière Rouge. The most popular species are the speckled trout, the lake charr, bass and northern pike. The hunting and fishing association organises tournaments and festivals in addition to taking care of fish stocking of some lakes!

Underwater diving (SCUBA)

Many lakes in Labelle have a heavy volume of fascinating aquatic life for underwater diving lovers. For more information, contact to the Tourist office.

Hiking

Labelle, it's also the perfect time to discover nature with hiking boots and pole. The National trail offers three sections on the area of the municipality, thus, trail "L'expédition", "Cap 360" and "Mont-Gorille", trail "Alléluia" and trail  "L'héritage". These trails are all administrated by the Fédération québécoise de la marche and trails' maps are available at the Tourist office.

Restaurants

In Labelle, you will different restaurants that will please everybody's tastes. Cuisine du Marché, bistros, snack-bar, Greek, Canadian, French, Mexicans and Lebanese restaurants are all available for you to discover.
