What basic services are required for the Village-relais program ?
Resturants, gas bar, towing services, shelter(hotel, motels), Grocery stores, Banking, telephones, information, proper signage, parking, washrooms, and dumping stations for black water.

Must all basic services be available 24/7 ?
No, - all basic services have different criteria, concerning minimal opening hours. Only Banking services, telephone, parking and washrooms must be made avail 24/7.

Must all services be accessible for handicap persons ?
Yes - however, the merchants of these services have a fives years time frame to meet the criteria.
